Who We Are Access

Affordable Healthcare is a community-based, nonprofit health center dedicated to improving health outcomes and expanding access to care across Clayton County. We put people first—delivering comprehensive primary care, women’s health, dental services, behavioral health, and chronic disease management through an integrated, patient-centered approach.

Beyond clinical care, we provide a range of support services and community-based programs designed to address the full needs of the populations we serve. These include nutrition education and food-as-medicine initiatives, behavioral health and stress-reduction support, care coordination and eligibility assistance, and structured wellness programming that promotes long-term health and disease prevention.

Our mission is to deliver high-quality, affordable care and supportive services to all individuals and families—regardless of income, insurance status, or background.

What We Offer

• Comprehensive Primary Care & Chronic Disease Management - Providing full-spectrum primary care, including prevention and management of diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and other chronic conditions.

• Veteran-Focused Care & Support Services - Dedicated care coordination and support services for veterans, including assistance navigating VA benefits, behavioral health support, and chronic disease management tailored to veteran populations.

• Nutrition & Lifestyle Medicine Programs - Offering nutrition education, food-as-medicine interventions, supervised physical activity, and wellness coaching to improve long-term health outcomes.

• Behavioral Health & Emotional Wellness - Integrated behavioral health services, including anxiety and stress management, delivered by licensed clinical social workers.

• Care Coordination & Access Support - Medicaid and Georgia Access eligibility assistance, bilingual (English/Spanish) care coordination, and navigation of healthcare services.

• Affordable, Inclusive Care for All - Sliding-fee* scale services ensuring access to care regardless of ability to pay.

*All services are offered on a sliding fee scale based on income and family size. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most private insurances—and if you’re uninsured, our enrollment team will help you explore your options.
